I have always been such a foodie, especially after receiving my degree in nutrition.It wasn’t until recently that I discovered how I can take my love for food and make it into something beautiful that I can share with you.

My admiration for charcuterie started a few years back, after trying one for the first time in Halifax. I have been hooked ever since. 

After becoming a mom, I found myself wanting to peruse a career that I was truly passionate about and could make my own hours.
Which led me to the tough decision to begin my charcuterie business journey. Almost one year into On Board Charcuterie, and I can say that I am confident I made the right choice!

Putting your charcuterie boards or grazing tables together is like creating a show stopping piece of art that you can eat but never forget.
